Style/ Plot – This is a book filled with illustrations and guides for helping the reader increase their emotional fitness. As someone who goes through bouts of emotional drain, I found this book very instructional on how to switch things up so that your emotional health is strengthened.

Favourite Quote – “…patterns can be comforting and grounding, but they also keep me from having new thoughts and seeing and experiencing new things, which in turn keep me from moving forward in life.

Recommendation – This is a “feel good” type of book and it is great for anyone who is stuck in a rut.
