I have a very haphazard sleep pattern.
Although I aim for 56 hours a week…I never quite meet my target.
I try to play catch up with sleep during the weekend.
I usually look forward to the bank holiday weekend so I can catch up on my sleep carry over.
I cannot tell you the number of podcasts, books and magazines I have listened to/ read about sleep.
I have practiced every single method I know, yet I cannot sleep past 5 am no matter what day it is.
So I’m practicing sleeping during the day.
I really had not given it much thought until last night when Michael Hyatt’s podcast was about sleep (Achieve more by sleeping more); and this morning’s freakonomics podcast was also about sleep (The economies of sleep).
I think the universe is trying to tell me something.
