There’s nothing like a good night’s rest. You know, the type of sleep that makes you feel so well rested that you wake up feeling like you can move mountains and elephants.
That’s the way I feel this morning. The past couple of weeks, I’ve been heavily sleep deprived. The coffee chugging lifestyle doesn’t help (and no, do not recommend that I should quit coffee).
I know everyday won’t feel like this so I am on a quest to find a win-win solution to ensuring I wake up feeling refreshed everyday.
