Everyone knows that you do not walk down a dark alley by 11pm. It’s courting danger for no reason at all. That’s the stuff crime shows are made of.
On the other hand, what if that is your easiest route home? Are you going to let something as mundane as common sense prevent you from getting home the quickest possible way?
Sometimes I find myself debating whether an action is fearless or down right senseless.
Let’s agree though, some actions are so reckless that there is no need debating. Case in point? Crossing the road when the red man is clearly red. This is the favourite pastime of all Londoners and I just don’t understand it.
Oh well, who am I to judge?
